As the maiden project for Paramount Property P/L, the development arm of YONG Real Estate at the time, the site was under contract by Wrrent JHC’s CEO, Peter Huang, in May 1998 and settled at the end of 2000. The construction started in January 2001 and the building was completed in July 2001. The $ 13 million mixed retail, commercial and residential project with 3 separate buildings was completed at a record pace.

The gross floor area is over 5000m² and the building is located on the corner of 223 Calam Road and Compton Road, Sunnybank Hills where YONG Corporate Office is based with a strong team of 62 people.

Since its completion, the project has won the QMBA award for the Brisbane Region. The Brisbane winner went for the State Award and the Pacific Centre also won the Queensland state award later.
