Preliminary approval in place for 69 large lots. Potentially 190 dwellings. Sold in one line during the worst financial crises in 2009 for 12% gross project return. All investors have achieved a great guaranteed return in one year! During the financial crisis, many development sites in the Coomera/Pimpama areas dropped by 40-50% in value. JHC Development managed to sell the property for a record price in the area with good capital gains through extensive marketing by way of 2 auctions. This was the only residential development site over 10 acres sold for more than $2 million to a private company in the previous 12 months within a 10km radius of the property which covers a big part of the Gold Coast. This period was an absolute nightmare for many developers and landowners.
